Hi! My name is Adrian Groza (Ady) and I’m the manager of ADY volleyball management agency.
My background and experience as former PROFESSIONAL PLAYER, TEAM COACH, and CLUB MANAGER have enabled me to get an in-depth understanding and insight of the professional sports business.
After a successful experience as co-founder of LG Sport Management, I set up ADY - a full-service volleyball management agency based in Luxembourg.
ADY already has an extensive network of partners (volleyball players, coaches, clubs) in key points on the volleyball world map and, thanks to our team’s high standards based on character, honesty and integrity, we have developed long-lasting relationships with volleyball club executives worldwide/ Europe-wide. All these constitute a very solid base to promote our athletes' profiles & careers.
We are also experienced in placing male and female players in all levels of international volleyball and have found competitive, stable and financially-lucrative environments for our clients in Europe, and North and South America.
